Treasures Report

Teni Nichols reported we only had a few expenses the past year including David Embreys trip to the Conference of Leaders and postage. We still have over $11,000 remaining in the budget.

New Business

It was voted on that we should use the $300 check from the Retention Award along with the $300 check from Medique for Leadership Award for Scholorship money for Arkansas students interested in attending Nursing school.

Reported that form 990 from the Federal Government did not exceed the $25,000 required to file the form

Discussion of the Affiliation agreement that to expire 8-28-05 was not needed according to AAOHN as long as our Articles of Incorperation are current.  We are current, ours do not expire.

Agreed to accept the AAOHN bylaw changes as they are made.  The most receint gives chapters the right to change dates of their officers.  We decided to continue to use the Jan 1 reporting period.

After the Business meeting we were treated to lunch by L'Oreal, Thanks for a great meal.  Many of the attendees went to the Maybelline shop and were excited to get to purchase L'Oreal products at about half price.  Others attended the vendors displays.
